BILLY is approximately 2-3 years old and he is a male black & white smooth coat purebred border collie. Billy has some of the most expressive and soulful eyes yet that we have seen in rescue--when he looks at you he has a way of going straight to the core of your heart and he will instantly melt you. He is a typical male for this breed, as he is extremely affectionate and loyal--he wants to bond tightly with his human. Billy can adapt to being either a medium or higher energy dog--it just depends on what you ask of him. One minute he's out romping around in the pasture, and then he comes into the house and settles right down. He would be well suited for an individual that goes to dog parks or likes to exercise with a dog by your side. Billy rides very well in the car and gets along well with other dogs. We think you will agree with us that once you meet him, you will find him irresistible. Billy is definitely a best friend candidate. |
