Hi! My name is Button and I am a petite, 9 month old Border Collie, traditionally marked and very lovable and cuddly. My Foster Mom says I am "cute as a button"! When my Foster Mom & Dad came to visit me in the shelter I was on my worst behavior, which is why I was not available to the Public. So when they came back to pick me up I was so happy that I rode the 45 minute ride to my new home in complete silence and have been good ever since!
I know "sit", "stay", "down" and am great on a leash, am crate trained, house trained, know how to use a doggie door and love to go for rides. I get along with all my other four legged friends and love to be with my humans! I also love to be around kids. They are so active! I also enjoy getting into a kiddie pool and splash around to cool off. I will engage in a short game of tug and will run after a ball, until my minor OCD kicks in and I lose track of the ball. I do love the squeaky toys! I sleep in my crate all night long without making a sound. My Foster Mom & Dad love that, since they are sometimes sleep deprived.
Please consider making me a permanent member of your family and I will love you forever, especially if I'm your only dog! I am being fostered in East San Diego County! Thank you!!! Woof!
