Meet Elsa. Elsa is a 2 year old female Border Collie Mix. Our best guess is that she is mixed with some McNab. She is black and white with a smooth coat and one blue eye. She was an owner surrender to a high kill shelter and she quickly became a favorite of shelter workers.
Elsa has a really nice personality and is a love bug. She enjoys the company of humans and other dogs alike. She plays really well with another of the foster dogs. She walks well on leash and doing very well at sitting when we stop walking. She also shakes with both paws and is a sweetheart too! Elsa has not been evaluated with children or cats.
If you are looking for a dog that would be a good canine companion, then Elsa is your dog. Since she is a mix, she exhibits all of the wonderful traits of a BC.
