Ian is a one-year-old Border Collie. He is possibly a mix. While he is built correctly and has the temperament, he is the smallest male I have ever seen. He could be a product of someone trying to miniaturize the breed. He is a traditional black and white with a semi rough coat.
Ian has just finished quarantine and doing very well in his group. He is running low to mid range with his male and female foster siblings. Ian is not as pushy as his brother Scott. He is the sensitive one. He will blossom into a cuddler and lover boy.
