Meet Kelsey. Kelsey is a 3 year old classically marked beauty with a semi rough coat. She is very eager to please. She wants to be at your side all of the time. She is ok with kids and other dogs. Not cat tested but there are feral cats around and she is not bothered by them. Will play fetch with you and walks well on a leash. Housebroken, and wanting to be in your pocket all the time. Not a dog to be left alone so requires someone willing to devote time to her. Picked up as a stray, doing well in her foster home. Very obedient, needs to gain a few pounds, ones she lost at the shelter. Tends to be possessive of her person, a typical border collie way. Happy to spend her day inside with you hanging out, but, also likes to go to the dog park and play or on walks. A great dog all around.
