PEANUT

Peanut is a 1 year-old, Aussie/BC mix female with a tri-colored semi-rough coat. She weighs 40 pounds and we believe she may be a pure Aussie. Peanut was picked up as a stray by Animal Control in Bakersfield, so her history is unknown to us.
What we've learned so far about little Miss Peanut is that she is a super sweet soul, very omega and unlike most Aussies, she is quiet as a mouse. We would like to see Peanut placed in a home with a K-9 companion. She is not an escape artist, even with a 5 foot fence and has shown us she has some ball drive. Car rides are not much fun for Peanut. She gets car sick or sometimes just drools heavily. A Velcro dog who desperately wants to forge a tight bond with her person, this little girl is prime for the picking! We know that Peanut will make a fabulous dog and Best Friend Forever for a kind, patient handler.
