Rex is a male 2 year black and white smooth coated BC. Rex has had some previous training on him, as he knows his basic commands of sit, shake, down, and stay. He walks decently on a leash, but does pull quite a bit, so he could use some leash work. Appears to be socialized with other dogs, as there have been no issues. Rides well in a car. He has not been evaluated with small children or cats.
Rex is a typical of his breed in that he is smart, loyal, athletic, and handsome. He has medium high energy, so he will require consistent exercise to quell the energy. Rex is not the type of dog that would be happy staying in a backyard watching life pass him. The best type of home that is suited for him is one that has previously owned a purebred BC and understands their need for mental stimulation. Rex has a sweet temperament and is looking for his person to please and forge a close bond. Stay tuned for updates on Rex as we get to know him better.
