Shane, a darling 2-year-old mini Aussie. Listed as a Border Collie at the shelter, we arranged his bail via the phone and were surprised at pick-up. Certainly not a BC but a definite great "save". Shane weighs just 13.6 pounds and is still in lap-size range. He is a blue merle with red points and his coat has gotten so incredibly soft in foster care. His eyes reveal the sweetest, most gentle soul within.
Shane has been calm and quiet for us, a real gentleman. He is just coming out of quarantine, so look for an update as we get to know him better. That is if this cutie pie lasts very long! We suspect he will not.
Shane is being fostered in San Bernardino County.
